Fake Facebook Post Generator
Draw a Facebook post card for a mock-up, with no screenshot to crop.
- 100% success
Overview
About this tool
Renders a Facebook post exactly as the feed draws it — desktop or mobile width, light or dark, with reactions, comments and shares — as a clean image with no browser chrome, no sidebar and nobody else’s content in the frame.
Instructions
How to use it
Fill in the name, the text and whatever counts the story needs, pick desktop or mobile, and download the card.
What it is for
- A slide or blog post about something that was posted, without dragging in a sidebar, a cookie banner and whoever else was in the feed.
- A mock-up of a post that has not been written yet, to show a client or a team.
- A teaching example, where a real post would date instantly.
What it is not for
This draws whatever you type. That makes it a mock-up tool, not an evidence tool, and the distinction is the whole of the ethics here. A card proves nothing about who posted what — and presenting one as though it were a screenshot of a real post, from a real page, is impersonation whatever it was drawn with.
Questions
Frequently asked
Can I add a photo to the post?
Not on purpose. A generator that composited a real image into a real-looking post would be a forgery kit rather than a mock-up tool. Add the image in your slide or layout, under the card.
Is this legal to use?
Making a mock-up is. Publishing one as though a real person or business said something they did not is defamation, impersonation, or both, depending on where you are — and no disclaimer buried in a caption undoes a screenshot travelling on its own.
Why does the image come out as SVG?
It is drawn as vectors, so it is sharp at any size and a fraction of the weight of a PNG. Every editor, browser and slide tool opens one; if you need a raster file, export it from there.
What is the difference between desktop and mobile?
Width, which changes where the text wraps and how much of it fits before the eye stops. If the card is going into something people will read on a phone, draw the mobile one.
