Reads the public metadata on any YouTube watch page — exact publish timestamp, duration, category, view count, tags, availability and the settings that govern where the video can appear — and lays it out as one readable table.

How to use it
Paste any YouTube link. The tool reads the page’s own published metadata — the same tags Google, Facebook and every embed reads — and shows the fields grouped by what they describe.
The fields worth knowing about
- Published vs. uploaded — these differ on scheduled videos, and the gap tells you whether an upload was planned or reactive.
- Available countries — anything short of the full list means the video is blocked somewhere, usually for music licensing.
- Made for kids — turns off comments, notifications and personalised ads, which is a much larger decision than the checkbox suggests.
- Tags — most uploads no longer set any, and that is fine. They carry very little ranking weight now.

Why can’t I see likes or comment counts?
YouTube stopped publishing those in page metadata. Reading them needs the Data API and an API key, which this tool deliberately does not require.
It says some fields are missing.
That happens when a video is unlisted, private or region-blocked — YouTube’s public oEmbed endpoint refuses to describe it, and the warning says so.
